Our kitchen has a breakfast bar with three bar stools, views across open fields and an adjoining utility room which houses our washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer (new for 2025 and very tall, 50/50 split!).
Kitchens are important! Maybe it's just us, but when we go to a new place we often end up taking half our kitchen with us - just in case!

We have a tall fixed stairgate on this room so you can confine dogs if you wish, without having to shut the door. And also keep dogs and toddlers out from under your feet when cooking!
